DCM Tax Solutions provides taxation, accounting, bookkeeping and related advisory services. The scope of each engagement will be agreed with you, and we will perform our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable professional and legal standards.

Our work relies on the information you provide. To enable us to deliver accurate and timely services, you agree to:

• Respond to our requests in a timely manner
• Retain your own copies of source records

3. Fees and payment

Fees for our services will be set out in your engagement or quoted on request, and are payable in accordance with the terms of each invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, fees are due within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend work where invoices remain unpaid.

4. Reliance and accuracy

We prepare returns, statements and reports based on the information and instructions you provide. While we apply professional judgement and care, you remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information supplied, and for reviewing and approving documents before lodgement where required.

5. Confidentiality

We treat your information as confidential and will not disclose it except as necessary to provide our services, as authorised by you, or as required by law or our professional obligations. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement, except where liability cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or applicable professional standards legislation.
